JT was born in Houston, Texas and graduated from prestigious Bear Branch Elementary with honors, and went on to do the same from TCU in Fort Worth. JT wrote the critically acclaimed feature film AUTOMATIC, which world premiered at the SXSW Film Festival. JT also wrote and directed the documentary CARPET RACERS, the film premiered on The Documentary Channel.
